Rochelle was born and raised in Kerrville. She is a 1996 graduate of Angelo State University and worked as a Business Analyst for a telemarketing company for six years. She started at Mr. Insurance in 2002 in the personal lines department and in 2005 moved to commercial lines as Tom Abbott’s assistant. She moved back to Kerrville in 2013 and works remotely.
