Cliff was born and raised in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School in 1999. He holds degrees from Texas A&M and Boston College. Before following his father and grandfather into the insurance industry in 2015, he spent 7 years in accounting and bookkeeping. Cliff married Lo in 2010, and they have three children Evelyn, James, and Gus. Cliff has served on the board of Helping Hands since 2018. He enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.
