Tom started in insurance in 1981 after graduating from North Texas State University. His first job was a marketing representative with Floyd West & Co. In 1984, he changed career paths as producer for Mr. Insurance. He became a partner in 1999. He is married to Sharla who is a retired elementary school principal. They attend Johnson Street Church of Christ. Tom has two daughters, two stepsons, and seven grandchildren. He stays busy with his kids and grandkids. Tom is a member of the East Angelo Lions Club and serves on the board of directors for Rio Concho Manor. He previously served on the board for Meals for the Elderly for many years.

Cliff was born and raised in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School in 1999. He holds degrees from Texas A&M and Boston College. Before following his father and grandfather into the insurance industry in 2015, he spent 7 years in accounting and bookkeeping. Cliff married Lo in 2012, and they have three children Evelyn, James, and Gus. Cliff has served on the board of Helping Hands since 2018. He enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.

In his spare time, Bobby enjoys playing golf, watching Texas Tech Athletics, and spending time with his family.

He spent his first career with the USDA working with farmers and ranchers in conservation. Donnie began working for Mr. Insurance in 2022. Donnie married Meghan in 2014 and they have four children, Kaydance, Royce, Dani, and Dylan. Donnie is very active with the Boy Scouts of America on the Board of Directors as well as a Scoutmaster and other leadership positions. He enjoys his spare time with his children, scouting, camping, hunting, and exercising.

Donyell has spent countless hours providing community service for many different organizations including March of Dimes, Chili for Charity Cook-offs, Smokin for a Cause, Relay for Life, and others.
